The MoH seeks to enhance the health of individuals and societies across the UAE through the provision of comprehensive and responsive health services in a healthy and sustainable environment, through the implementation of policies, legislations, programs and effective partnerships both locally and internationally.

Having an efficient hospital queue management system has now become a necessity at health care institutions especially when the patients visiting the facility are either in pain or frail health, making it difficult for them to queue for long periods of time until a medical practitioner is available to treat them. 35 hospitals under MoH in UAE implemented queue management system to improve their quality by decreasing customer wait times & improving their service efficiency.

THE REQUIREMENTS

In order to make a systematic way for reduce the rush in the reception and to decrease the customer waiting time, to make customers more comfortable the Ministry of Health planned to implement queue system in almost all government hospitals across all the emirates. They selected EOSS for the implementation of Queue systems in hospitals.

SOLUTION

Implemented Qmatic Queue system for almost 35 government hospitals across UAE. We implemented 1310 LED screens ,400 LCD screens, total of 204 Qmatic kiosk (intro 17 self-service kiosk-65, IP touch kiosks- 139),214 cinematics ,423 speakers and 39 hubs. Parallel implementation on different sites were done by experienced teams.

CHALLENGES & RESULT

Project started on august 2017 and ongoing. Sites are at different emirates so started parallel implementation on different sites for fast completion.
