Scope of work
Working in a live Environment for Installation of over 850 Indoor/Outdoor CCTV Surveillance cameras (PELCO) including 20 kms of Fiber Optic cabling and 60 Kms of Category 6 Cable Pulling, termination and testing.
Challenges Faced
Working extensively in non-engineering hours, Client requirements of re-location of cameras after installation to maintain aesthetics, Non-readiness of the site (blockage in cable pathways, insufficient spacing etc.,), Comfort and privacy of the Hotel residents to be considered, Coordination with various teams like Facilities management team and the Hotel Staff
EOSS Managed to complete the entire scope successfully and maintaining the quality standards within a record time of 2 Months
