FUTURE SERVICE CENTER

The Emirates Towers is a building complex in Dubai that contains the Emirates Office Tower and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel. The Emirates Towers complex is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a symbol of the cit of Dubai.

Future Service center is located on the ground floor of the Emirates Office tower. The Service center is a model for the future of government services in the UAE and aims to facilitate access to vital government services. The center enables customers
to experience integrated and efficient services in just one visit and offers several services of the 14 federal and local government agencies in the form of packages. This center will enhance the efficiency level of government services.

THE REQUIREMENTS

The Prime Minister office seeks to enhance the facilities and need the Customers to be more comfortable and flexible, using advanced technologies. For the high level ofefficiency, they initiated for a future service center. In line with the initiative they
choose EOSS for the following requirements Implementation of security surveillance for the center and an access control system
integrated with time and attendance system for the members they also require a public address /Back Ground Music System, IP Telephony and structured cabling for DATA &Telephone networks and WIFI networks.

CHALLENGES & RESULT

Implementation completed in 15 days. Provided implementation of cctv surveillance, 10 indoor dome cameras (PELCO) were implemented and tested. We supplied and implemented 3 biometric access control system including door locks, Suprema were the suppliers of access control system. Provided structured cabling for data networks, telephone and WIFI networks, CAT6A cables were used for the structured cabling. Termination and testing of CAT6A cables 15 UC IP phone (CISCO) were implemented, 15 smartnet support with 1year license (CISCO) also provided. Back Ground Music system was implemented (12 ceiling speakers). Implementation and testing of 1 MFP Printer (Canon) and 15 Microsoft surface pro.
